MusicalWords.it si impegna a scardinare le visioni oscurantiste di quanti considerano la musica come un’arte meramente tecnica, di tutti i sapientoni che pretendono di professare verità assolute stando seduti comodamente sulle poltrone, atteggiandosi a grandi eruditi della disciplina, ignorando totalmente che l’arte dei suoni è principalmente emozione, esperienza e pratica diretta. Gli studi musicali devono esserne il maggior supporto.

Musical Words has set, as its main goal, a break-up of the established darkened visions of those who consider Music a technical Art. MW wants to “demolish” the visions of all those who think they “know-it-all” and think that they are declaring absolute truths, just by sitting on their comfortable armchairs, acting like Music pedants, that completely ignore the fact that Music is mainly emotion, experience and practice. Music research – all Music research – will be our main support.

MW is a Space open to those who love Music; open to whoever wants to write about Music; open to people that feel the urge to express themselves; for who is tired of the usual boring posts; for all those people that, for too long, thought “It is about time!”
